Terms of Service

1. The service

SpearCompute Quotes & Invoices ("the Service") is a web application operated by SpearCompute Sdn. Bhd. ("we") that lets businesses create quotations and invoices.

2. Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial the Service costs RM9.90 per month per company. When a trial or paid period ends, the account becomes read-only: you can still view and download your data but cannot create or edit documents until the subscription is renewed.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity of team members you add. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter. We store it to provide the Service. You can download a backup at any time from Settings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to disrupt it or other users.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You remain responsible for the accuracy and tax compliance of the documents you issue.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the price with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
